Dear Professor David Hughes,
I have seen a couple of very inspiring presentations from you (Last one was at Fresh Inspirations in Huntingdon in January 2012) and found this a very interesting website with lots of good advise. I have worked in the Fresh Produce industry in the UK for 8 years but originate from Holland where I have worked now for a further 7 years. I am now trying to become a Agri Food Chain lecturer (specialising in Sustainability) at the biggest Agricultural College in the Netherlands (I have an interview this week) . I was wondering if you have any good suggestions about literature, books websites, etc that could help me to inspire other poeple…
Like to hear from you
Many Thanks Taco van der Louw
